Happy New Year!

Last year was filled with all sorts of emotions that sucked all of the creative juices from my body.  Mind you, I continued to play with digital scrapbooking, but I let my blog energy fall by the wayside.  This year, I hope to update my blog regularly, add photos to my new page, and insert links to freebies and giveaways.

I encourage you to embrace the world of creativity this year.  Make a scrapbook, take a photo, write a poem, keep a journal, whatever makes you happy.  We all have a brand new start, and as Anne of Green Gables says, "Tomorrow is always fresh with no mistakes in it."  And with that quote, I will leave you with the thoughts of a happy, fruitful, new year.

  1. As reported by Stanford Medical, It is indeed the SINGLE reason women in this country live 10 years longer and weigh on average 19 kilos less than we do.

(By the way, it is not about genetics or some secret exercise and really, EVERYTHING related to "how" they are eating.)

BTW, What I said is "HOW", and not "WHAT"...
